Terms and conditions

QuéBoleto is a platform operated by Que Boleto SAS, RUT 220978490018, with registered address at Mario Cassinoni 1211, Montevideo (Uruguay). We act as a technology intermediary between passengers and licensed bus companies. We don't provide the transport service: we enable search, booking and ticket issuance on behalf of the carrier.

You can buy tickets without registering or create an account with your email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (including passenger ID) and for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Prices are shown in Uruguayan pesos (UYU) and include VAT where applicable. Before payment we show the fare breakdown, any service fees and the carrier's change and refund policy.

The purchase is confirmed once the payment is approved. You will receive the ticket by email; the fiscal receipt is issued by the bus company under Uruguayan tax authority (DGI) rules.

Change, cancellation and refund conditions are set by each carrier. The rules that apply to your ticket are shown before payment and in the confirmation email. When a refund applies, we process it against the original payment method; settlement times depend on the card issuer.

QuéBoleto is responsible for the correct operation of the platform and for accurately transmitting the booking to the carrier. The trip itself (punctuality, vehicle condition, luggage, on-board service) is the carrier's sole responsibility.

We are not liable for delays, suspensions or cancellations caused by factors outside the platform (weather, road closures, force majeure, the carrier's operational decisions). In those cases, the carrier applies its rescheduling or refund policy.

These terms follow Uruguayan consumer-protection law (Act No. 17,250 and amendments). You may file complaints with the Consumer Protection Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Before doing so, please contact us — we aim to resolve issues directly and quickly.

The QuéBoleto brand, site and software belong to their owners. You may use them to buy tickets; copying, mass scraping or commercial reuse without written permission is forbidden.

We may update these terms when legal, commercial or operational aspects change. The new version will be published on this page with the update date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Montevideo, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by law.
